Where will I find my Cash Back gift card?Updated 2 months ago

Once a purchase has been placed with Cash Back eligible products, shoppers are given two options via email. Please check your inbox and junk folder for an email with details on redeeming your Cash Back. If you still can't find the email you can contact our team at [email protected] and we will resend the email. 

In the redemption email, you can choose a gift card to The Earthling Co. or a Visa prepaid card. 

The Earthling Co. gift card can be used on the payment page of checkout. Shoppers will see a field that says "Gift Card or Discount Code" where they can enter the code and press "Apply". Please note this gift card cannot be combined with any other promotions or discount on the same order.

The Visa prepaid card can be used anywhere online that accepts Visa--which is pretty much everywhere! To use it, the shopper can enter the card details on the checkout page when making an online purchase just like you would use a typical credit or debit card. 

Please note, there is a 30 day holding period before your Cash Back is released to account for possible returns or order cancelations. Once the holding period ends you will receive a notification that your gift card is active.
