Our typical order processing time is 1-3 business days. We define processing time as the time from the moment you place your order to the moment our team packs it into a box. Our warehouses are locally run and operated businesses in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, and Springville, Utah, and every box is hand-packed and shipped by a real human. We always do everything we can to process all orders as quickly as possible!

All e-gift cards are issued immediately upon payment, so there is no processing time for gift cards.
